The West End is one of the most recognisable flagship destinations in the world, visited by millions on an annual basis. To safeguard its spot on the global stage, we promote a clean, safe, and resilient district – one that supports businesses, visitors, workers and residents alike.

We are proud to operate London’s largest private street patrol team, working in close partnership with the Metropolitan Police on joint operations and intelligence sharing to tackle anti-social behaviour, deter crime and improve public safety. Our cleaning teams provide additional services to maintain the high standards expected of the West End.

Keeping the West End Safe & Resilient


Our core services:

Security:

  • 24/7, 365 high-visibility street security patrols, dedicated to keeping the West End safe.
  • Strong partnership working with the Metropolitan Police Service, Greater London Authority, and Westminster City Council to tackle anti-social behaviour, deter crime, and improve public safety.
  • Provision of radio system exclusive to members to improve coordination between businesses and security teams, enhance response times and prevent incidents.
  • Security notification system and intelligence database, used to provide real-time information on incidents, and business continuity events such as road-closures.
  • Strategic threat and intelligence reports highlighting district-level risks or emerging crime trends.
  • Funding of 24/7 monitored CCTV network across the district to support surveillance, incident response, and crime prevention efforts.
  • Deployment and maintenance of acid attack kits, bleed kits and defibrillators in BID area, ensuring they are mapped and accessible to emergency services

Cleaning:

  • 24/7 rapid response cleaning teams dedicated to keeping the West End clean, operating 30-minute reactive response to member concerns such as litter, fly tipping and graffiti.
  • Targeted on-street cleaning support for product member launches or events.
  • Quarterly deep cleans of major gateways and nightly cleaning programmes to maintain high standards across the district.
  • Seasonal waste reduction and recycling campaigns in partnership with members to promote sustainable practices.
  • Freight, Servicing, and Delivery consolidation programmes to reduce vehicle emissions and improve air quality.
  • Zero-emission transport initiatives and drive improvements in air quality, reducing congestion and creating a cleaner, greener West End.
