Regent Street, Haymarket and Piccadilly Circus Transformation Scheme

New West End Company has been working closely with Westminster City Council and The Crown Estate on future plans to regenerate Regent Street, Haymarket and Piccadilly Circus.

This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to enhance the West End’s international reputation, while responding to the practical needs of those who live, work, visit and invest in the area.

We are supportive of the strategic direction of the masterplan and proposed transformation of over 35,000 square metres of public realm, particularly the pedestrianisation of Regent Street St James’s and the major public realm upgrades at Piccadilly Circus and Haymarket, reinforcing the West End’s international appeal.

We will continue to engage with Westminster City Council and The Crown Estate as plans evolve.
