• Delivery of London’s most recognisable festive moments, including the lighting displays on Oxford Street and Bond Street, attracting millions of visitors and cement the West End’s reputation as the best destination to celebrate Christmas.

• Content production and management of websites and Instagram channels for Oxford Street and Bond Street.

• West End Club, our loyalty and engagement programme that connects thousands of local works with businesses and brands – strengthening day to day connections, driving repeat visits, helping to build a stronger West End community.

• Local partnerships that showcase the district’s unique community and culture – from Art in Mayfair, a public art exhibition delivered in partnership with the Royal Academy of Arts, to PROUD West End, a celebration of the West End’s LGBTQIA+ community.

• High-impact, seasonal marketing campaigns such as OxFood Street and Only in the West End This Summer, promoting the district’s unrivalled retail, dining, leisure and cultural offer.

• Targeted, multi-market public relations and influencer tourism programme to drive global coverage, consideration and spend. This is complemented by a dedicated WeChat Channel for the district, curating bespoke experiences for Chinese audiences.

New West End helps protect the district’s global reputation through high-quality public realm, visitor services, and security partnerships that reflect the premium experience our guests expect.
