For this session we will be joined by Megan Higgins, Partner, Customer Insights Leader at PwC who will provide the Christmas 2023 trading results alongside in-depth expert analysis exploring the key themes and consumer behaviours that delivered this performance.

We will also be joined by Paddy Gamble, Director – Head of Retail Strategy & Analytics at Colliers who will share analysis of full year 2023 turnover, taking a deep dive into the latest West End specific data and focusing on how the changing economic outlook is impacting the West End. In addition to the regular annual turnover report and forecast, Colliers will be presenting analysis on West End catchment performance, this research explores the draw of trade for the West End, how this differs seasonally, across different areas and how this may have changed or been impacted over time.
