JOB PURPOSE
The Loyalty & Partnerships Manager will be responsible for the delivery, launch and ongoing management of an exciting new networking & loyalty platform we are seeking to launch in 2025.
This role will see the candidate managing all aspects of this new digital platform including the website, newsletter, events, social channels, stakeholder management and loyalty programme in the run up to launch later this year.
The successful candidate will be the champion at New West End Company for this new platform ensuring a seamless build phase, launch phase and then growth phase within the 12 month contract.
This role will oversee every aspect of the platform, from website development and stakeholder engagement to events and digital communications, ensuring a seamless build, successful launch, and strong growth within the 12-month contract period.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Platform & Content Management
- Lead website development and management, collaborating with external agencies to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Oversee LinkedIn and social media content to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Curate and manage a compelling newsletter, sharing platform updates, events, and partner activities.
- Manage Mailchimp campaigns, ensuring data-driven, targeted communications.
Loyalty Programme Development & Management
- Design and oversee the loyalty programme, ensuring value for members and sustained engagement.
- Develop a reward structure in collaboration with partners to enhance member benefits.
- Monitor performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Stakeholder & Partnership Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to drive platform adoption.
- Champion the platform, increasing participation and engagement across the network.
- Coordinate messaging and strategy with internal teams and external agencies.
- Gather user feedback to refine and enhance the platform.
Event Planning & Community Engagement
- Plan and execute networking events to foster connections among stakeholders.
- Manage event logistics, from venue selection to post-event analysis.
- Align event programming with platform goals and user interests.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Define and track KPIs to measure platform success and engagement.
- Provide regular reports to senior leadership on progress and future opportunities.
- Identify areas for growth and innovation beyond the initial 12-month phase.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in managing digital platforms and online communities.
- Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement, partnership management, and community building.
- Experience in content development, copywriting, and digital marketing, with a focus on email campaigns, newsletters, and social media.
- Demonstrable ability to plan, manage, and execute events, including logistics, partnerships, and engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
- Experience with CRM tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
