We Are Hiring a Executive Assistant to CEO to join our team in London's West End

New West End Company is a partnership of 600 retail, restaurant, hotel and property owners across the world’s top shopping and leisure destination anchored by Bond Street, Oxford Street, Regent Street & Mayfair.

It works in partnership delivering transformational projects, sustainable place management, destination marketing, advocacy, inward investment and commercial insights. It is an influential business voice, active in the wider community and a key partner in delivering a new West End.

JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant to CEO

DEPARTMENT: Full Company

REPORTING TO: CEO

RESPONSIBLE FOR: Running of CEO office

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administration

  • Governance
  • Key stakeholder events

KEY TASKS

  • Manage CEO's schedule, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Diary management for Chairman and Director of Communications & Campaigns.
  • Drafting of correspondence & proofreading.
  • Ensuring that key business and stakeholder relationships are maintained.
  • Develops systems and processes to ensure efficient running of CEO Office.
  • Production of governance papers and minutes within agreed timescales.
  • Implements Governance Calendar for all meetings, to ensure effective planning and reporting in advance of meetings taking place.
  • Attending high-level meetings, taking minutes and following up on tasks.
  • Induction of New Directors, ensuring all paperwork in place & Companies House updated.
  • Planning and project management of key stakeholder events, with reputational risk.
  • Work with COO and Director of Communications & Campaigns on a smooth process for Governance and Board reporting.
  • Provide general secretarial support to the CEO.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Over five year’s experience at senior level in a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
