The Future of the West End Seminar with Westminster Property Association

Hosted in partnership with the Westminster Property Association (WPA) at The Portman Estate’s One Great Cumberland Place, this breakfast seminar will explore the future of London’s most iconic shopping and cultural district.

Following a surge in demand for best-in-class office space across the West End and exciting new occupiers moving into the area, a drive in private and public sector collaboration and investment is helping to ensure the success of this vitally important district through initiatives like the Oxford Street Programme and Regent Street Public Realm Vision.

The expert panel will explore the policy and planning landscape shaping the West End’s success as well as the delivery of new commercial development, public realm, infrastructure and cultural experiences that are set to transform the heart of Westminster.
