From the West End to Harrow Road, Westminster is at the heart of London’s nightlife, home to world-class culture, entertainment, and hospitality. Now, Westminster City Council is developing its first Evening and Night-time Strategy to ensure the city remains safe, inclusive, and accessible for everyone after dark.
