The 29th edition of MIPIM has come to an end and what an incredible programme of diverse and inspiring events and meetings we have had.
Over the past week I have led a panel discussion on London’s evolving property market, spoken about the resilience of London’s economy at the opening London stand event, championed the capital’s diversity and enjoyed meeting some of the most influential real estate professionals from around the world.
Throughout the programme, my focus has been on raising the profile of the West End and our initiatives to transform it ahead of the Elizabeth line opening. I witnessed huge support for this project in Cannes with many encouraged by the amount of development and investment it has already stimulated.
With less than 300 days until the opening there is still much to be done, but with the ongoing partnerships between public and private sectors working to transform the district, it is undoubtedly going to be an exciting time to be in the West End.
