An evening drinks reception hosted by Great Portland Estates CEO Toby Courtauld to hear the findings of the new St Giles Circus report, prepared by Colliers International
“A Renewed London Quarter Emerges”
In recent years the St Giles area has had renaissance. No longer is it simply an area to pass on the way to other parts of central London. New infrastructure has brought with it improved business and leisure opportunities. New retail stores have opened, media and tech companies are choosing this area to locate their offices; food and drink outlets are establishing an exciting presence in St Giles and high quality new housing will bring an enhanced sense of community to the area.
Toby Courtauld, CEO, Great Portland Estates and Mark Charlton, Head of Research and Forecasting, Colliers International will discuss research on how the recent wave of construction and new infrastructure have invigorated the St Giles area, increasing values and market prospects and contributing to the wider built environment.
