New West End Company is seeking a Membership Executive to join our marketing team. The new Membership Executive will play a crucial role in member engagement in the run up to New West End Company’s BID Ballots.

JOB TITLE: Membership Executive

DEPARTMENT: Member Engagement & Partnerships

REPORTING TO: Head of Partnerships

OVERVIEW

As Membership Executive, you will play a crucial role in member engagement in the run up to New West End Company’s BID Ballots.  Securing meetings for the Chief Executive and Head of Partnerships, managing and maintaining membership databases and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for handling queries and supporting various administrative tasks.

KEY TASKS

Meeting co-ordination and Support:

  • Organising meetings and providing general administrative support such as preparing documents, reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
  • Actively conducting desk research to find the right contacts from member businesses.
  • Drafting correspondence, maintaining files and records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing member concerns or issues effectively.
  • Respond promptly to member queries via email, phone etc
  • Communicate membership benefits, policies, and procedures clearly and professionally.

Database Management:

  • Maintain and update membership database with accurate information.
  • Regularly review database integrity, identifying and correcting errors.

Administrative Support:

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of membership-related activities.
  • Support may be required in special projects or initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • At least two year’s experience in membership administration, customer service, or administrative support role.
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in database management software (e.g., CRM systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive member relationships.
